Overview

Our Philosophy

Make sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below.

At Latent, we believe exploring career opportunities should feel like an experience, not just a process. People are at the center of everything we do, and our Talent team sits at the heart of that mission. We’re one of the most visible teams in the company partnering across every function, supporting every person here, and shaping the future of the company through the people we hire.

We know that who we hire has an outsized impact on our success. That’s why this role matters so much.

The Role

As a Talent Partner, you’ll be a key force in building Latent’s future. Your initial focus will be collaborating closely with our VP of Sales to grow and scale our go-to-market (GTM) organization.

This isn’t just about filling roles. It’s about helping shape hiring strategies, anticipating headcount needs, and building the foundation of a world-class GTM function. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our leaders and as a cultural gatekeeper ensuring that every interaction with candidates reflects Latent’s values and ambition.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to design and execute hiring plans.
  • Source, engage, and close top talent across GTM functions (sales, marketing, customer success) and select G&A roles.
  • Advise on compensation, leveling, and headcount planning.
  • Champion our culture and values throughout every step of the candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need more than just recruiting fundamentals. We’re looking for someone who combines strong execution with strategic thinking—someone who can build trusted relationships and move fast without sacrificing quality.

Ideally, you bring
  • 4+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles.
  • Proven experience building enterprise GTM teams (sales required; marketing, CSM, and G&A a plus).
  • Strong partnership skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers at all levels.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Core recruiting expertise: sourcing, pipeline management, closing, and offer negotiation.
Who You Are

You’ve owned hiring manager relationships, built GTM teams, and helped companies scale with speed and intention. You thrive in ambiguity and see it as an opportunity. You care deeply about results and move with urgency.

Most importantly, you’re energized by the challenge of helping shape the future of a company by shaping the people who will build it.
