Position Summary:
The Customer Service and Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in managing key customer accounts, processing incoming orders, coordinating transportation and logistics, and supporting the company’s sales growth strategy. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing both existing accounts and new customer acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Management & Customer Communication:
- Receive and process daily customer orders via phone, email, and internal systems
- Confirm feasible delivery dates in collaboration with production management
- Update and maintain the daily production schedule
- Send order confirmations after shipment dates are finalized
- Provide customers with timely updates regarding order status and shipment information
- Maintain open order files and production status tracking
Freight & Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange cost-effective LTL and full truckload shipments
- Negotiate rates with brokers and carriers
- Coordinate pickups, track deliveries, and resolve shipping issues
- Reconcile freight invoices with accounting
