We are currently seeking a professional and detailoriented Inside Sales Representative to strengthen our office-based sales operations and support our global customer base.
This role requires strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and a basic level of technical understanding to effectively guide customers and handle productrelated inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
- Manage customer interactions via phone calls, emails, and occasional visits
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships in a professional and serviceoriented manner
Order Management
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
- Proactively follow up on delayed or missing orders
- Provide customers with regular updates regarding their order status
Issue Resolution
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and clarity
- Organize returns, coordinate shipments, and manage credit notes
- Act as the internal advocate for customer needs and concerns
Data & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and complete customer data within the CRM system
- Create new customer profiles and monitor
