As a Staff RN, you'll deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients and families across various acute healthcare settings. Your primary responsibility will be to implement the practice of nursing as defined by the relevant governing bodies.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills. You'll be accountable for assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and leading a team of LPNs and UAPs in delivering high-quality care.

To succeed in this role, you'll require current registration as an RN with the State of Ohio, BLS certification, and a BSN degree within 5 years of employment.
