Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, with a strong focus on engineering, research, and protocol talent.
- Build and manage a high-quality hiring pipeline through sourcing, screening, and evaluating top global candidates.
- Partner closely with founders, engineering leaders, and hiring managers to define role requirements and refine selection standards.
- Collaborate with external recruiting partners to jointly drive candidate outreach, delivery, and talent market mapping.
- Own candidate experience and ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient hiring process.
- Maintain accurate hiring data, provide insights, and streamline recruitment workflows.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above with strong academic background from a top university.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in Web3, crypto, distributed systems, deep tech, or top‑tier engineering talent hiring.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to engage global candidates with clarity and confidence.
- Passion for Web3, blockchain technology, and the future of decentralized infrastructure.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment with high ownership and hands‑on execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across time zones.
