Cath Lab – Electrophysiology (EP) Procedures (RN)

should have Electrophysiology (EP) experience, specifically in the monitor and stim role for ablation cases (pulse field and radiofrequency).

 

Required Experience

  • EP monitor and stim role for ablation procedures
  • Intra-procedure responsibilities including:
    • Continuous monitoring of ECGs and intracardiac EGMs
    • Observation and reporting of waveform abnormalities
    • Measurement and documentation of AH/HV intervals and refractory periods
    • Real-time documentation of procedural steps and catheter placements
    • Support of mapping activities and accurate documentation of pacing maneuvers
    • Circulating EP cases

RNs with only pre- or post-Cath Lab experience are not eligible.
