Travel Occupational Therapist School Setting in Middleton, WI

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Conduct assessments and document student progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:
