Travel School Occupational Therapist | Worcester, Massachusetts

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy assessments and interventions to students.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored therapy plans.
• Document progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed to meet student goals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert insights on student support.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to school-based therapy services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings.
• Strong understanding of pediatric developmental milestones and educational environment requirements.
• Effective communication skills for working with children, families, and school staff.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple school locations within Worcester, MA.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
