Tully Rinckey PLLC, a nationally recognized full-service law firm, is seeking an accomplished Trusts & Estates Partner to join our Rochester, NY office. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney with an established practice to expand their reach within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary firm consistently recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing Trusts & Estates law.
Existing book of business required.
Demonstrated success advising clients on estate and probate matters, drafting wills and trusts, and handling surrogate’s court proceedings.
Medicaid planning experience strongly preferred.
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice law in New York State, in good standing.
Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills.
Proven ability to grow and manage a practice while working collaboratively with peers across practice areas.
Commitment to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Compensation & Benefits
Beginning January 1, 2026, newly admitted attorneys at Tully Rinckey PLLC receive a starting salary of $120,000, along with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses of up to 60% of base salary, rewarding productivity, excellence, and client impact.
